Elmwood: One for the Album

BRIEF:
Design an experience to encourage 15-25-year-old, men and women to re-engage with printed photography.
IDEA/CONCEPT:
The concept evolved from the idea that printed photographs just lay in drawers and never see the light of day. Stripping it back to the photograph the idea was to brand a service that directly prints images onto sticker paper that can be stuck onto any surface, with the main aim to encourage the Target Audience to express themselves by displaying their photographs.
DELIVERABLE 1: BRANDING
DELIVERABLE 2: POSTER FOR THE LAUNCH EVENT
The poster itself is an example of a product offered and effectively communicates what the brand does. It works in two layers, the first is a photograph that can be peeled off and displayed onto any surface and the second layer, that will only be revealed after peeling the photograph, would promote and contain details of the launch event.
THE LAUNCH EVENT:
The Launch Event would be more like an exhibition in a relaxed atmosphere with music to attract the Target Audience. At the launch event, people could print their photographs instantly, for free and display them onto the boards. The exhibition has been designed in the shape of the monogram (when viewed from the top), with the drinks table and the printing section making the shape of an 'i' and the boards are arranged in a semicircular way to make the upper half of the 'P' and the line on the floor, completing the monogram.
DELIVERABLE 3: WEBSITE
The website would be a portal through which consumers can order for their photographs to be printed. The horizontal scroll feature of the website accelerates the ordering process and makes the website stand out when compared to other online photo printing websites.
Website page 1: Home
Website Page 2: About, with the description of the service offered by the company
Website Page 3: Upload photographs to be printed, along with image of the wall (where the photographs will be displayed)
Website Page 4: Select Size of the photographs, with a virtual ruler
Website page 5: Blog
DELIVERABLE 4: PACKAGING
The top section of the box will be covered with acetate which allows consumers to see their photographs even before opening the box. Also, the blue patch with the monogram is a sticker which can be removed from the box and stuck onto any object (which would further reinforce the branding.)
DELIVERABLE 5: AMBIENT MEDIA PROMOTION
